Zayo Completes 360 Deal

LOUISVILLE, Colo. -- Zayo announces today it completed its transaction to purchase 360networks. The resulting company is one of the largest Bandwidth Infrastructure companies in North America with annualized pro forma revenue of $391M. The company’s fiber network totals more than 44,000 route miles and nearly two million fiber miles.
