Online Video's Dream Demo

1:00 PM -- Solutions Research Group Consultants (SRG) released a recent study that suggests DVRs might be losing some popularity, victim to the rise in popularity of online TV viewing. Their Prime Time is Anytime research study interviewed 1,200 Americans aged 12 and older on television viewing habits. "Online viewing of TV is higher among 18-34 year olds -- 70% have watched TV online at some point in the past. In comparison, only 36% ever viewed a show on a DVR or a TiVo," according to the report.

All the fuss about DVRs... Turns out, they'll be passé in a couple years, at least according to SRG. Maybe there's hope for all of you IPTV carriers using Myrio!
