Kit Digital Gets Narrowstep

• Kit Digital swooped in to acquire Narrowstep just three weeks after its competitor, Onstream Media, pulled out of a similar deal to purchase the Internet video platform vendor. Kit chairman Kaleil Isaza Tuzman claims his company expressed interest in Narrowstep more than a year ago but "backed off" when Onstream got involved.
