Is the FCC on Holiday?

What, pray tell, could have happened to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)'s precious Triennial Review? Remember that thing, the über-important 600-page document on the future of the telecom industry that was supposed to be published months ago? (See The FCC Waiting Game and New FCC Rules: 600 Pages? )

Has the FCC lost it? Did Chairman Powell’s chihuahua chew it up? Is Kevin Martin still working on a funny monologue? Are all the commissioners hanging out with Rupert Murdoch in the Bahamas?

Who knows?

Well... no one, really. But speculation is rampant. Check it out on Boardwatch.

re: Is the FCC on Holiday? I would like to be the first one to know the final results of the Triennial Review.
For the last two months I have been visiting the FCC web site for the latest news.
The latest news as of today is that the FCC Announces Reopening of 12th Street Building Entrance.

re: Is the FCC on Holiday? The PFF conference from Aspen may give some insights. For us underprivileged folks, we'll need to watch over fraudband links ;-)
