Telkom SA Ltd., the South African fixed-line operator, has agreed to pay a 449 million rand (US$49 million) fine imposed on it by regulators for anti-competitive behavior, reports Reuters.
First-quarter revenues at Ziggo B.V., the Netherlands' largest cable operator, inched up just 0.2 percent year-on-year to €387.8 million($510.1 million).
