DV Code: Who's to Blame?

12:30 PM -- Sky News reports on a literary (loosely defined) dispute that could be even bigger than Sasquatch v. Bigfoot:

The Da Vinci Code's author Dan Brown has appeared in court accused of stealing the blockbuster's plot from a history book published in the 1980s.

Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh are suing their own publishers, Random House.

They claim the internationally successful novel lifts from their 1982 book, The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail.

NON-FICTION WORK!!! deals with theories that Jesus and Mary Magdalene married, had a child, and the blood line continues to this day.

The books claim the Catholic Church is trying to suppress the discovery.
I gotta root for Mother Church on this one.
