CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Digital Lightwave®,
Inc. (Nasdaq:DIGL - news), a leading provider of innovative optical
networking
products and technology, today announced that it has established an
international distribution agreement with Wandel Global Services (WGS).
Under the terms of the
agreement, WGS will provide sales and customer support for the company's
optical diagnostic and monitoring equipment in the Asia-Pacific, and
Latin America
regions. WGS, which represents some of the world's leading communication
systems and test equipment manufacturers, is owned and managed by former
shareholders and executives of Wavetek Wandel & Golterman, a major
US-European manufacturer of internetwork analysis solutions, which was
acquired by
Dynatech Corporation in 2000.
