1:45 PM -- The additions to the total provisional winning bids in the tenth round of the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) have doubled on the previous round of bids.
The grand total of bids is now $7.4 billion, thats up by $857 million, compared to a $422 million increase in the previous round. The most-desirable spectrum block, the 50-state, eight-license C band offering is now up to $3.4 billion.
