JDSU Goes to Court

9:05 AM -- ATLANTA -- TelcoTV 2007 -- I'm out here for another half-day of TelcoTV, probably focusing on the Mobile TV track.

Meanwhile, back home, the JDSU (Nasdaq: JDSU; Toronto: JDU) court case is in full swing.

We're talking about a shareholder suit over whether JDSU knew in 2000 that the telecom crash was coming. Companies usually settle these cases, but JDSU has decided to go to court.

Here's the Associated Press's take on the action.
