The U.K. units of O2 and Vodafone have issued a request for proposal (RFP) to vendors including Ericsson AB (Nasdaq: ERIC) and Nokia Networks for a deal that could involve the provision of managed services as well as network upgrade and maintenance work, reports Mobile Today.
