The launch of the NEBS-compliant cPCI bladed compute system is a key milestone in Continuous Computing’s long history of shipping cPCI products and illustrates the company’s “best total solution” approach to telecom network infrastructure. Continuous Computing has been supplying cPCI system solutions to Tier 1, 2, and 3 telecom equipment manufacturers such as Alcatel and Cisco since 1998. This most recent cPCI system increases performance and service capability while improving density and system capacity, all without the time or expense of rewriting application code.
