700 MHz Auctions, Rounds 17-21

Dan Jones

5:50 PM -- The 700 MHz auctions ended the day up at $15.4 billion, having broken the reserve on the "open access" provisions for the C band earlier today. The $4.6 billion reserve was broken after being stalled in the morning.
