5:50 PM -- The 700 MHz auctions ended the day up at $15.4 billion, having broken the reserve on the "open access" provisions for the C band earlier today. The $4.6 billion reserve was broken after being stalled in the morning.

The Credit Crunch doesn't seem to have had much impact so far. That would imply it's well-capitalized incumbents leading the bidding.

Oh and Google's got a few dollars too.
