Snom Names New Chairman

BERLIN -- From December this year, as chairman of the Berlin-based VoIP manufacturer snom technology AG, Dr. Michael Knieling will be responsible for the areas of marketing, sales and administration. The physicist and doctor of engineering previously worked for six years as an investment and fund manager for a venture capital company and was on the supervisory board of snom.

“It is my goal”, says Michael Knieling, “to position the company on the VoIP market as a booming technology and market leader for ‘genuine’ open source SIP telephones and SIP software products”.
