11:30 AM -- Indian consumer electronics manufacturer Videocon Industries Ltd., which makes everything from TVs to washing machines, says that if Motorola is selling its mobile device business, then it's interested in buying. (See Motorola Does the Splits and Moto Splits Off Device Biz.)

Videocon chairman Venugopal Dhoot told Reuters today, "We learnt from a reliable source that they will be selling it and when they do we are sending an expression of interest."
