TOKYO -- NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today that Etisalat, the largest telecommunications service provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and NTT Com have agreed to provide Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)-based Global IP-VPN services starting June 2007. The two companies will cooperate to establish an MPLS node in Dubai, UAE as an integral part of introducing NTT Com’s Arcstar Global IP-VPN service.
