REYKJAVIK, Iceland -- 2020 Vision -- Light Reading's communications hot spring is now open for business in Iceland!

We kicked off the 2020 Vision Executive Summit in Frón -- as some of the locals call it -- on Monday night with a reception at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica hotel and an epic Icelandic family-style meal at the Fiskmarkaðurinn restaurant. As you'll see in the slides this 12-course tasting menu was a feast for fish-loving locavores.

Ragnheiður Elín Árnadóttir, Iceland's minister of industry and tourism then welcomed the attendees. After that, service providers, vendors and the Light Reading crew got down to the business of figuring out the next five years of challenges and opportunities in the communications business.
