LISBON, Portugal -- WeDo Soft, a leading provider of software solutions for the communications and media markets, announces today the opening of a new office in Cairo, Egypt. It has been established in line with WeDo Soft’s internationalisation strategy, the main goal being to sustain and strengthen the company’s presence in the Middle Eastern & African markets.
The Cairo office will be run by João Faísca, General Manager for Middle East & Africa. “We decided to invest in a local presence since we know how important this is from a strategic point of view. Cairo is one of the main cities in the African continent and this new office will also work as an excellent gateway to the Middle East. If we consider the extensive development of the telecommunications sector in this region, we think this market has a great business potential for our products and solutions”, he added.
