Cablevision supplier ActiveVideo says a U.S. District Court judge invalidated some of Verizon's claims related to interactive TV services like video-on-demand. The decision in that lawsuit could affect Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC)'s patent litigation with Verizon Communications Inc.
