TDC Exec Quits

COPENHAGEN -- Kim Frimer, who is a member of the executive committee of TDC A/S and the CEO of TDC Totalloesninger A/S, the largest subsidiary of TDC A/S, resigns by mutual agreement with TDC from both positions with effect from today.

As a consequence hereof, a simplified organisational structure of TDC Totalloesninger will be implemented. President and CEO of TDC A/S, Jens Alder, will in addition to his current positions serve as the CEO of TDC Totalloesninger A/S in an interim period of time.
