Gansu Telecom deploys Redback's SMS platform to enable broadband access in China's Gansu province

Gansu plans to deliver fullbroadband connectivity to its residential customers byleveraging Redback's market-leading subscriber management technology.Gansu plans to deploy SMS 10000 platforms in its data center located inthe capital city of Lanzhou to manage the province'sDSL users.
