MILPITAS, Calif. -- Procket Networks, Inc. today announced that Randall J. Kruep, 40, will become the company's president and CEO. Kruep has most recently been senior vice president of Worldwide Customer Operations for Redback Networks. He will begin with Procket in March. Dr. Sharad Mehrotra, 40, a co-founder of the company who has been serving as chairman and CEO, will continue as chairman.
