Native Networks solidifies its management team with appointment of financial expert Leigh Woolley as CFO

LONDON -- Native Networks, a developer of optical solutions for metro access networks, has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Leigh Woolley as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Woolley will be directly responsible for the direction of Native Networks' financial strategy as the company continues its expansion into new markets and furthers its new product development plans. Leigh has over 20 years of financial experience and has worked with several large US telecom and data companies. From 1986, he was with DSC Communications Corporation, rising to become Senior Finance Director EMEA. When Alcatel acquired DSC in 1998, Leigh was elevated to Director of Business Management and Planning. He then moved on to a senior level finance role with Global Crossing and most recently worked as Finance Director for Conclusive Logic Ltd., a pre-IPO, venture-capital-funded PKI software company. Leigh is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Commenting on his appointment, Leigh Woolley said, "With carriers making substantial investments in metro optical access equipment, the metro access space is an exciting and highly lucrative market for optical networking vendors. With its innovative solutions and service offerings, Native Networks has already made strong inroads into the marketplace, and I look forward to the challenge of sustaining this momentum."
