Meikle announces a partnership that will enable both parties to jointly market photonics solutions globally

KITCHENER, Ont. -- Meikle Automation announces an agreement with Agilent Technologies that makes Meikle Automation Inc. an Agilent channel partner. This partnership will enable both parties to jointly market solutions globally initially in the Photonics marketplace. The agreement calls for cooperation initially based on integration of equipment and technologies, and a cooperation of sales and marketing resources. "The agreement represents another exciting step forward for Meikle Automation. We are now able to offer a more powerful offering of technology and solutions" said Andrew Meikle, president. "As we expand globally, this partnership will enhance the customer experience, and allow us to provide leading edge automation equipment in photonics. Agilent has world class products and a strong customer base. Combined with our ability to meet customer requirements in automation we have the basis for a powerful and lasting relationship." Under this non-exclusive partnership, Meikle Automation and Agilent will jointly generate business leads, evaluate market potential, integrate equipment and validate production processes, particularly as applied in the photonics industry.
