6:00 PM -- Let's face it, there are some things Internet technology just can't do... and one of them is imparting festive cheer.
Red Panda's email inbox has been stuffed full of holiday missives this week from people that can't be arsed to write a real card and send it -- and to them we say: Why?
A particularly unpleasant example came from the Analysys, a company Light Reading had a falling out with this year. Thanks, Robin (or should we say "Robyn"), your impersonal Christmas spam really rebuilt some virtual bridges with us. Not.
Also, low on the list of Christmas kudos was Dr. Zvi Marom of Telco Systems (BATM). He sent us a "card" as an email attachment but had his assistant send it for him, presumably because clicking "send" was just too much effort.
