NORCROSS, Ga. -- Morristown Utility Systems FiberNet (MUS FiberNet) (www.musfiber.net) of Morristown, Tennessee has selected ETI's Triad OER software to sell, manage, provision and bill voice, video and data services. ETI Software Solutions, Inc. (ETI) (www.etisoftware.com) is a leading provider of software products that enable utilities, telcos and private Fiber-to-the-Premise overbuilders to rapidly rollout triple play services.

MUS FiberNet, which is building its FTTP network to offer telecommunication services to the residents of the Morristown service area, was looking for a product that would support selling video, data and voice services over its FTTP network in conjunction with its CLEC partner and leverage its existing utility accounts receivable and billing system capabilities.

“ETI's Triad gives us the advanced capabilities we were looking for without being unduly disruptive to our existing customer care and billing system,” says Bill Swann, General Manager, MUS FiberNet. “ETI's software modules provide immediate benefits for our bottom line by helping us rapidly sell, install, activate and bill subscribers for our new telecommunication services.”

“Selling voice, video and data services reveals pressing billing and back office issues for utilities such as MUS FiberNet,” says Peter M. Pifer, president and CEO, ETI. “ETI's comprehensive Triad OER delivers world-class software capabilities to our clients affordably so they may cost effectively sell and manage new subscriber services quickly over the FTTP network they're building in a highly competitive market.”
