Charter names two new financial executives

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) has named two seasoned Wall Street veterans to its management team. Charles Fisher will join Charter as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance on February 11, 2013, and Stefan Anninger has been named Vice President, Investor Relations. Christopher Winfrey, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer said, "I have worked with both Charles and Stefan over the years, and their financial expertise and knowledge of our industry will serve Charter well. We're pleased to have attracted two such high quality hires to our leadership team." With both positions reporting to Mr. Winfrey, Mr. Fisher will be responsible for Charter's capital markets and merger & acquisition activities.
