DUBLIN -- Soft-ex, Ireland’s leading developer and supplier of advanced telecoms management systems, today announced a multi million euro contract with BT Global Services. The deal is worth over €5m and will see Soft-ex becoming BT Global Services preferred voice management supplier for its hosted services.
Commenting on the selection of Soft-ex as its preferred supplier, Mike Horton of BT Global Services, said: "BT customers demand leading-edge voice technology to address their business needs. To support them, we must ensure that we have the right partners in place with dynamic portfolios, the highest levels of commitment and a shared vision. Soft-ex’s experience and expertise of high-quality voice management software and hosted service delivery for BT major customers makes it the ideal candidated. Soft-ex’s applications integrate across all major operating platforms, such as Cisco, Nortel, Siemens, Mitel, Avaya and Ericsson, establishing them as a world-class provider to cater for all BT enterprise customers using both traditional and IP infrastructures."
