Allied Telesyn introduced new VOIP Solution Bundles, arming its reseller partners with a compelling, cost-effective solution for SMBs

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Allied Telesyn, a global provider of secure Ethernet/IP access solutions, today introduced new VoIP Solution Bundles, arming its reseller partners with a compelling, cost-effective solution for small- to medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
A simplified, streamlined solution, the Allied Telesyn VoIP Bundles are all-inclusive end-to-end kits that bypass the need for a PBX or complicated server set-up. The draw on Peer-to-Peer- and SIP-based technology creates a distributed, fully featured VoIP system that is resident within the phone handsets themselves.
A plug-and-play solution, Allied Telesyn's VoIP Bundles have no barriers to entry for VARs. They require no expensive or time-intensive certification and are easy to install and support. The solution offers high margins and a clear differentiation because, as an end-to-end bundled system, it is unique in the industry. Resellers can also build on the solution to offer incremental revenue via services and pull-through of Allied's complete line of voice, video and data options designed for SMBs/SMEs.
The VoIP Bundle solution includes all the features of a more expensive PBX solution for approximately half the price, including: Auto-Attendant (Multi-Language), Voicemail, Voice-Conferencing, 3-way Calling, Caller ID, E-mail Notifications, Music-on-Hold, Intercom, Paging, and Web Administration. The system scales up to 200 stations.
The solutions come standard with one year of Allied Telesyn's Concierge service and support, which includes next-day advanced replacement. Concierge support is designed to make deployment of these solutions easy and cost effective for first-time VoIP resellers and their customers. It enables resellers who have delayed selling converged solutions due to complicated barriers and training to offer and deploy a best-in-class fully featured VoIP solution.
"SMBs and SMEs finally have a VoIP system that is designed specifically for them," says Allied Telesyn's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Development Philip Yim. "These bundles offer a full VoIP feature set at about half the price of comparable PBX- or server-based systems. Plus, by distributing functionality across all the phones in the system, SMBs/SMEs are able to leverage their entire system for maximum efficiency and cost savings."
