FREMONT, Calif. -- iTerra Communications LLC., the drivers behind optical communications and the leading supplier of Smart Broadband Semiconductors, announced today the availability of the iTH10-4005, a 12.5 Gb/s D flip-flop integrated circuit, and a member of their family of high speed logic circuits operating at data rates ranging from 10 Gb/s per second to 50 Gb/s per second. These devices are designed for applications that require precise timing of digital signals, such as test and measurement applications operating at OC-192 and OC-768, in addition to OC-192 and OC-768 SONET long haul and ultra long haul optical transport systems. These circuits are designed specifically to provide the optimum combination of high performance and low power dissipation and will be available in both die form as well as low cost surface mount packages. "With the iTH10-4005's excellent rise and fall times and superior eye diagram quality it is an excellent choice for applications such as Decision Circuits and Timing Adjustment," said Rob Balson, Director of Sales and Marketing for iTerra Communications. "iTerra is working hard to strengthen customer relationships and to develop new and improved products that drive down the cost per bit of today's communication systems." iTerra Communications LLC
