Qualcomm to buy Autotalks for vehicle-to-everything communications

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today announced that its subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Autotalks. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
