PARIS -- Araxxe, one of the top suppliers of monitoring services, presents the new extensions of Aramis, its Revenue Assurance offering, a service that detects the loss of revenue in the overall infrastructure of a communications company.

Revenue Assurance is becoming an increasingly important topic. The quantity and scope of revenue leakage is particularly significant in the communications industry, especially as market trends introduce more leakage risks. In fact, the risks increase with new billing models involving third-party content and service providers, new service platforms, introduction of an MVNO, prepaid/post-paid convergence and other factors. If they don’t care about it, telecommunication providers may loose millions of euros every month.

Aramis, Araxxe’s revenue assurance service, offers an original approach of global shared service that delivers monitoring services in a “service bureau” mode. The Aramis service is wholly operated by the Araxxe team, and is built upon test robots installed around the world and remotely managed. Aramis can then control the billing of any telecoms operator in the world whatever its traffic is “on-net” or roaming.

The Aramis service leverages a method of statistical sampling derived from its experience in detecting revenue losses around the world that is patented by Araxxe as a critical tool to service efficiency.
