Atlanta-based solutions provider acquires Excella Communications

ATLANTA -- BroadRiver Communications, a leading service provider delivering a complete line of quality, reliable voice and data services designed for growing businesses, announced today the acquisition of Excella Communications in an all stock deal for an undisclosed sum. Excella Communications is a fully integrated, solutions-based telecommunications and network services provider, passing over one million homes and businesses in Las Vegas and Reno.
