Fast-Chip announces support for the new Intel IXP2800 and IXP2400 Network Processors at the Intel Developer Forum 2002

SAN FRANCISCO -- Fast-Chip, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company providing communication ICs for network equipment OEMs, announced today that it will provide advanced services pre-processing support for the new Intel(R) IXP2800 and IXP2400 Network Processors. Fast-Chip's Policy-Edge(TM) is the industry's first services processor capable of implementations ranging from multi-port DS-1 to single-channel OC-192 and 10 GbE.
