The new Portland facility is focused on providing prompt, high quality responsiveness to BandTel's large and growing number of customers. Of particular note is that this contingency of the BandTel team is equipped to effectively manage a high volume of customer inquiries and promptly refer them to appropriate channels for delivery of service.
