LeBeau becomes the first independent director to join NetScaler’s five member board.

“We are very fortunate to be able to tap into the strategic sales expertise of an industry veteran who served as the key architect of Cisco Systems’ sales organization strategy and build out during that networking giant’s most successful growth period,” states B.V. Jagadeesh, president and CEO, NetScaler. “Don has a wealth of experience and an innate understanding of the networking and IT needs of enterprise customers that will help guide us as we strive to dominate the application delivery space.”

The company also announced that Zane Taylor has been named vice president of worldwide operations in charge of managing all facets of the company’s support organization, manufacturing operations, logistics, and IT group.
