HOBOKEN, N.J. -- Vapps, a leading global provider of audio conferencing systems, announced today that BBTelsys (www.bbtelsys.com) has deployed the Vapps Conference Bridge 1000 (CB1000) to power its new conferencing service. “The important decision points for us,” said Art Hale, CEO of BBTelsys, “are the interoperability between the Vapps system and our IP Centrex solutions from leading providers like Broadsoft and Sylantro. Also, the ability to customize the user experience on a customer by customer basis helps us differentiate our service offering in the marketplace. Last, our customers have been demanding this service offering for us and the Vapps team and product were very helpful in getting us into the marketplace quickly, easily and at an attractive price point.”

Taking advantage of the flexibility of the VoIP-native platform, BBTelsys is capturing new revenue opportunities by offering an important enhanced services offering that is being demanded by its customers. “This ease of interoperability and level of flexibility has never before been available in a conferencing platform and gives service providers flexibility that is extremely valuable in today’s changing marketplace,” said Ben Lilienthal, CEO of Vapps. “With the rush to VoIP services, service providers need to be able to create and modify dynamic product offerings that leverage their infrastructure investment. Vapps continues to deliver innovative features on the CB1000 and this allows carriers to change or create new services with minimal effort.”
