M/A-COM Shows at ECOC

LOWELL, Mass. -- M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (M/A-COM Tech), a leading supplier of high performance analog semiconductor solutions, announced today that it will showcase its expanded Optomai optoelectronics product line at the European Conference on Optical Communications (ECOC). The conference is being held from September 19 - 21 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Two new modulator driver amplifiers for 100G DP-QPSK applications, are now available in industry-leading small form factor packages. The MAOM-003104 is a quad-channel driver in a 25x40x6.5 mm package with GPPO connectors. The MAOM-003106 is a dual-channel driver in a 10x10x2.3 mm surface mount package. Both devices have market-leading performance, with ultra-low jitter. The parts feature output voltage up to 8 Vpp and gain of more than 30 dB. Rise and fall times are better than 11 ps, with data rates up to 32 Gbps.
