LAS VEGAS -- DAVE.TV, an IPTV pioneer and leader in digital entertainment distribution, and Capitol Infrastructure, a leading Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) Infrastructure Provider for Single and Multi-Family Homes, today announced the formation of a Strategic Alliance. Working in conjunction with new home developers, property management companies, and service providers in the Southeast region, DAVE.TV will deliver IPTV video platform solutions to Capitol Infrastructure's high-speed Internet customers. DAVE.TV develops IPTV platforms for service providers such as Telcos, CLECs, MSOs and ISPs. DAVE.TV will be exhibiting at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) being held in Las Vegas January 5-8, 2006 and will be in Booth #72240 in the IPTV Tech Zone of the Sands Convention Center.

Capitol Infrastructure will begin trials, starting in Q1'2006, of DAVE.TV's IPTV solutions to enable the delivery of interactive video services to new single-family and multi-family homes in the Southeast as part of Capitol Infrastructure's Quadruple Play (voice, data, video, security) services package. Headquartered in North Carolina, Capitol Infrastructure is working with developers of new communities to build all-fiber network infrastructures designed to deliver cutting edge services to community residents and is scheduled to deploy service capabilities to 50,000 homes.

The home developer market is one of the fastest growing market segments to embrace fiber deployment as the right solution for building and expanding access networks. Through FTTH networks, home developers are able to provide that additional service "edge" to differentiate their communities from others and to present a long-term value proposition to their homeowners. "We are very excited to partner with DAVE.TV to bring the latest IPTV video technologies to residential communities," states Glen Lang, Principal and CEO of Capitol Infrastructure. "The DAVE.TV IPTV Platform will bring a multitude of digital entertainment choices to Capitol Infrastructure's customers."

As part of the Strategic Alliance, Capitol Infrastructure will integrate DAVE.TV's IPTV and Cross-Platform Digital Content Ecosystem into its Quadruple Play offerings. DAVE.TV content will be available on TVs using DAVE.TV-powered XPORT set-top boxes and PCs using the DAVE.TV Media Center (DMC) software. This content can then be pushed to portable and mobile devices via the XPORT or DMC. Trials of the service will begin in Q1'2006 in Capitol Infrastructure's deployments in Atlanta.

"Capitol Infrastructure is at the forefront of delivering Fiber-To-The-Home Quadruple Play services to homes," says Rex Wong, CEO of DAVE.TV. "DAVE.TV will enable Capitol Infrastructure to deliver compelling, media rich content and entertainment to its customers."
