ChinaCache Signs Deal With ZTV

BEIJING -- ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., ("ChinaCache" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CCIH), the leading provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced that it has signed a service agreement with Zhejiang Radio and Television Group (ZTV), a leading local TV station in Zhejiang province, China, for content and application delivery services.

Under the terms of the agreement, ChinaCache will provide an integrated content and application delivery solution to ZTV to improve the reliability of its Internet delivery of TV programs and improve end-user experience. ChinaCache will provide webpage, live streaming as well as video-on-demand (VOD) services to ZTV.

The service agreement with ZTV came one month after ChinaCache hadannounced the service agreement with JSTV in November this year. Withthe addition of ZTV, ChinaCache is now providing content andapplication delivery services to four of the top five TV stations inChina.
