BURLINGTON, Mass. -- Klocwork, Inc., the proven leader in automated source code analysis solutions for improving software security and quality, today announced that Nokia Siemens Networks is using Klocwork's Enterprise Development Suite within its IP transport and carrier switches group. With Klocwork, Nokia Siemens Networks will detect software defects earlier in the development process to reduce costs and ensure system reliability.
Nokia Siemens Networks, a leading global enabler of communications services, was looking for a solution that would enhance the software quality for its robust, carrier grade networking equipment. As one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure companies with operations in 150 countries, Nokia Siemens Networks conducted a rigorous evaluation of various source code analysis tools before selecting Klocwork based on its scalability, analysis accuracy, and ability to detect software quality defects.
