MURRAY HILL, N.J. -- Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU - News) and Nina Aversano announced today that they have reached a settlement on the breach of contract claim brought by Ms. Aversano against Lucent. The terms of the settlement are confidential. Ms. Aversano's claim under New Jersey's Conscientious Employee Protection Act has been dismissed for no consideration.
