Light Reading's coverage of the NCTA National Show in Atlanta earlier this week helped illuminate several panels, sessions, and hallway discussions concerning cable's strategy for countering the IPTV plans of the telephone companies. But after all the talk about network design, net neutrality, new regulation, and the cable "quadruple" [ed. note: ack!] play, we would be remiss not to point out that content is still king.
