LONDON -- MYCOM, a leading global provider of best-in-class OSS Service Assurance software solutions and innovative ICT professional services to the telecoms industry, today announced that they had signed a contract with BaikalWestCom (BWC), Russia’s leading telecoms operator, for the delivery of its Performance Management software solution, NIMS-PrOptima.
The software solution which is being delivered across both Nortel GSM networks and Huawei CDMA networks, will give BWC a superior technical solution for their Performance Management requirements under a single end-to-end platform.
The coming months will see a third network added to BWC’s already rapidly growing network. The NIMS-PrOptima solution is fully scalable, future proof, with powerful analytical capabilities which will allow BWC to collect, view and evaluate performance and configuration data in near real time whilst expanding the network quickly and cost effectively thus ensuring the highest levels of quality of service to their subscribers.
