HICKORY, N.C. -- Corning Cable Systems, an industry-leading manufacturer of fiber optic and copper communications network infrastructure solutions, has selected TVC Communications Inc. to distribute its portfolio of products to the Cable TV industry in the United States. TVC Communications will distribute Corning Cable Systems' complete line of tip-to-tip products for the CATV industry - from the headend to the customer premises.

With TVC Communications as its national distributor in the CATV market, Corning Cable Systems is extending and enhancing the high level of support available to its customers. TVC Communications will stock Corning Cable Systems products for superior delivery intervals, and representatives will be readily available to respond to customer inquiries.

Corning Cable Systems, a leader in providing state-of-the-art products and services to the CATV industry, selected TVC Communications because of their national presence and excellent reputation in the industry. The ongoing relationship, which began in mid-2003, has been successful for both companies and Corning Cable Systems' customers.

"Selecting TVC as a distributor of our complete line of Cable TV products is a positive step for both companies," said Steve Karaffa, Corning Cable Systems Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Public Networks, Americas. "With TVC's support, we will be better able to support our customers, which is our number one priority."
