YOFC Denies Infringing Furukwa/OFS Patents

WUHAN, China -- Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Company Ltd. (YOFC), a world leader in the optical fiber and cable market, has learned that Furukawa Electric North America (Furukawa) and its subsidiary OFS Fitel LLC (together, OFS) recently filed a complaint against YOFC in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
