With this agreement Nextrom acquires Sysmelec’s activities and expertise in the automation of fiber optic processing, handling and attachment. Nextrom Photonics SA will combine Nextrom’s well-established competencies in optical fiber processing and handling with the newly acquired competencies in high precision automated assembly, offering unprecedented opportunities to customers.
