OSS company Subex Azure signs conditional contract to acquire Syndesis for $164.5M

BANGALORE, India -- Subex Azure Limited, a leading vendor of revenue maximization solutions for telecom operators, today announced that it has entered into a conditional contract to acquire Syndesis Limited, a leading global provider of telecom OSS (Operations Support Software) solutions, in an all cash deal. The deal values Syndesis at US$ 164.5 million based on TTM revenue of US$ 45 million. If completed, this acquisition will be a significant milestone in Subex Azure’s drive to become the leading global vendor of telecom OSS solutions.
