Richard B. Black to be chief operating officer of Luxcore Networks

ATLANTA -- Gerald P. Ramdeen, chairman, chief executive officer and chief technical officer of Luxcore Networks, Inc., today announced the appointment of Richard B. Black as chief operating officer of Luxcore Networks. Mr. Black reports to Mr. Ramdeen and will be responsible for the human resources, information technology, finance, accounting, legal, and administration and corporate services divisions of the company, as well as assist with strategic planning and marketing.
