Charter has named Lee Clayton to the SVP-Operations post for the company's Midwest Division

ST. LOUIS -- The appointment of Lee A. Clayton to Midwest Division Senior Vice President of Operations for Charter Communications Inc. (Nasdaq:CHTR) was announced today by Margaret A. "Maggie" Bellville, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Ms. Clayton will have overall responsibility for all Charter-Midwest operations serving some 1.2 million customers in 13 states, including Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. In making the announcement, Ms. Bellville said, "When we recently announced sweeping changes to our operating structure with the consolidation of field operations into five geographically clustered divisions, my first priority was to retain and recruit top talent like Lee Clayton. She joins a team that will execute with excellence and focus as we re-energize Charter and align every employee around common goals that focus on the customer."
