LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- ALLTEL's (NYSE:AT - News) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company's common stock. The 35-cent dividend is payable April 3, 2003, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 24, 2003. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company's preferred stock.
